- Payment: 30% on booking – 70% on arrival.
- The payment is possible by bank transfer made out to a Bran & Denise srl - Banca Popolare di Verona branch of Bardolino IBAN: IT15K0518859260000000030578 – SWIFT CODE: VRBPIT2V016 or by credit card.
- The following credit cards are accepted: CartaSì, MasterCard, Amex, Visa.
- Arrivals are possible on Saturdays and Wednesdays
- The key can be picked up on the day of arrival between 3 and 6 pm from the reception of the Bran & Denise apartment complex.
- Arrivals outside of these times must be agreed with Management. If not, 50,00 € will be debited.
- A deposit of 150,00 € is requested for each apartment upon arrival. This will be returned on departure after our staff has checked the apartment.
- The price (per apartment) includes light, water, gas, taxes, heating if necessary, linen, final cleaning and parking place.
- On the day of departure the apartment must be left free by 10 am.
- On departure the customer must leave the apartment free of waste, the fridge empty, turned off and open, the crockery washed; if not the deposit will not be returned.
- There is a coin-operated laundry room inside the apartment complex.
- The following languages are spoken: Italian, German, English.
- Reception is open from 09.30 am to 12.30 pm and from 3pm to 6 pm, unless otherwise indicated.
- Outdoor parking is free.
- We are 2km from the centre of Garda
- Pets are welcomed at a price of € 36,00 per week.
- A children’s bed for up to 2 years of age can be rented at a price of 36,00 € per week.
- A small safe-deposit box may be rented for a supplement of 18,00 € per week.
- from 45 to 30 days before arrival date penalty of 25% of the total amount.
- from 29 to 15 days before arrival date penalty of 50% of the total amount.
- from 14 to 1 day before arrival date penalty of 75% of the total amount.
- no show penalty of 100% of the full amount.
