INCLUDED SERVICES
Prices include electricity, water, gas, final cleaning, parking. Air conditioning on payment on request at the moment of booking and upon availability. Heating on payment if necessary.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Credit card as guarantee required to confirm the booking and as a deposit. We accept the following credit cards: CartaSì, MasterCard, Amex, Visa.
In order to be able to collect the keys directly from the hotel, you must have checked in online by 15.00 on the day of arrival. 
You will then be given a code (on the day of arrival at 15.00) to open the box with the keys to your flat and instructions on how to get to the flat.
On the day of departure, the flat must be vacated by 10.00 am. On departure, the client will leave the accommodation free of rubbish, the fridge empty, switched off and open, the dishes washed.
During your stay the reception of Residence Beatrix in Bardolino is at your disposal every day from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and from 3.00 p.m. to 6.30 p.m., unless otherwise stated. We speak the following languages: Italian, German, English. 
Inside the Residence there is a coin-operated laundry room at your disposal.
External parking is free.
We are located 1.5 km from the centre of Garda.
